Intellectual property
The Bella Riva and Gillet Automobiles SA names, logos, images, video and sound on this site are the property of Gillet Automobiles SA and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. No reproduction or reuse is permitted without prior written consent.
Privacy
This site uses Google Analytics to measure how many people visit and which pages they read. It stores identifiers on your device and sends data to Google, including outside the European Union. Your IP address is truncated before storage.
We are adding a consent mechanism. Until then, you can refuse this measurement by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings, or by using its private browsing mode. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party: fonts and images are served from this site itself.
What we collect
Only what you type into the notification form: your email address, together with the date of your request and the fact that you gave your consent. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no browsing behaviour.
Why, and on what basis
To let you know when Bella Riva is unveiled. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We use your address for nothing else, and we never sell, rent or share it.
How long we keep it
Until the model is unveiled and the announcement has been sent, and in any case no longer than twelve months after that — or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Who can see it
Gillet Automobiles SA and Creatix SRL, acting on its instructions. Your email address is stored within the European Union and is not transferred outside it.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may at any time request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its use, request its portability, or withdraw your consent — withdrawing it does not affect anything done before. Every message we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@gilletvertigo.com. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
Liability
This site presents a forthcoming model. Images, video, dates and descriptions are indicative and may change. They do not constitute a contractual offer.
Applicable law
This site is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Namur, Belgium.
